On June 5th, 2020, MINSA approved our work plan for COVID-19 Monitoring, Prevention and Control. Our registration request has complied with the process demanded by the Peruvian Government and was accepted as established in MR 239-2020- MINSA.
Likewise, we are following quite closely the statements of the Ministry of Health of Peru (MINSA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the new coronavirus cases (COVID-19), and at the same time complying with the guidelines of these organizations and the health authorities.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICIES
In answer to the changing market conditions, Aranwa Hotels is committed to guarantee its customers flexibility in their reservations, implementing the following policies:
GROUP OR EVENT RESERVATIONS
Guests who have booked rooms in a group block using a third-party channel (i. e. online travel agents, meeting planners, travel agents or company) are encouraged to contact that channel for policy information. If a third party cancels the event, that third party is responsible for cancelling individual reservations made on behalf of each guest.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS
We are operating under the “Work Plan for COVID-19 Monitoring, Prevention and Control” established by the MINSA as per RM 239-2020, and we have registered all our protocols as stipulated by the Peruvian Government in the MINSA. As part of our commitment to change, we are working with products from the renowned Johnson Diversey company, guaranteeing the highest hygiene standards to ensure all our guests the correct disinfection of all our hotels, both in rooms and in public and private hotel areas.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND PERMANENT TRAINING
We take care of our human capital, their health is important as well as their safety, therefore they are receiving a constant training program regarding the new protocols established by the MINSA. They also have an occupational health consultancy to keep a health record of each employee, as well as COVID-19 tests to guarantee them and our guests a safe environment.
